The robbers who came on two separate motorcycles followed the company employee Kiran Mahadev Dhere who was carrying a suitcase containing the cash of Rs one lakh. He had withdrawn the amount from the Pimpri branch of the Bank of India. Dhere was accompanied by his colleague Raju Pardeshi who was riding the scooter.
