Swimming competition
As part of Navy Week celebrations, the Western Naval Command has organised the first All-India Open Sea Swimming Competition on November 28. In two categories - men and women, the race will take placefrom Prongs Reef Buoy to the Naval Sailing Club, Colaba, covering a distance of 6 km. The help library has announced a free internet training course for doctors entitled Doctors.com from November 15. Sindhi council inaugurated
The Thane chapter of the Sindhi Council of India was recently inaugurated by its national president and Member of Parliament Suresh Keswani and Mumbai region chief coordinator Harish Dubey. Keswani said that even after sacrificing their land to win freedom for the country, the Sindhis are given step-motherly treatment and denied the basic and fundamental right of representation in political institutions of the country.
