One killed, 12 hurt as tanker hits matador
One person was killed and 12 others injured, three of them seriously, when a matador carrying them met with an accident with a tanker near Kuldip Nagar in Ambala Cantonement here today. The matador was returning from Naggal to Panipat after attending a marriage.The deceased has been identified as Navneet Pasricha. The seriously injured, including Ram Lal (50), Anil Juneja and Rajnish, were referred to the PGI by the Civil Hospital, Ambala Cantonment, while the remaining nine, including two women, with fractures and other injuries, have been admitted to the local hospital in Ambala Cantt.
SBI medical camp for kids
A medical health checkup camp for children up to five years was organised by the State Bank of India, Industrial Estate at Ordinance Cable Factory Dispensary, Sector 29 on November 21. As many as 110 children were examined by a team of doctors consisting of Dr S.Mohanty and Dr T.D.Bhutia of Ordinance Cable Factory.
SBI felicitates six managers

General categories to rally today
The Punjab State General Categories Welfare Association has decided to mobilise officers, farmers, doctors, advocates, shopkeepers and students from all parts of the state to take part in a rally on Friday at Sector 17. The rally is being organised against the alleged discriminatory attitude of the Punjab Government towards the general category. The association aims to demand the implementation of the apex court decision (dated March 1, 1996 and Sep. 16,1999) in the case of Ajit Singh Janjua v/s State of Punjab.
