CHENNAI, NOV 26: Sanmar group, in association with GIO Australia Holdings Ltd (GIO), has formed a joint venture risk management company - GIO Sanmar Risk Management Services. Sanmar chief N Sankar said that the investment for the new company is to the tune of Rs 50 lakh.
