Robert Kennedy's nephew charged with '75 murder
AGENCE FRANCE PRESSE

STAMFORD, Connecticut, March 15: Michael Skakel, nephew of slain US attorney general Robert Kennedy, was formally charged here on Tuesday for the murder of a 15-year-old neighbour 25 years ago. Skakel, who was 15 years old in 1975 when the murder occurred, stood before a juvenile court judge here and acknowledged the charges against him.

As he left the courthouse, he passed Dorothy Moxley, the mother of the victim, and said: ``I feel your pain, but you've got the wrong guy.'' Skakel son of Rushton Skakel, whose sister is the Kennedy clan matriarch Ethel Kennedy stands accused of beating his 15-year-old neighbour, Martha Moxley, to death with a golf club. Her murder has never been solved.
