Narain comes sixth
PRESS TRUST OF INDIA

CHENNAI, MARCH 26: India's Narain Karthikeyan, in his quest to win the British Formula Three championship, has finished sixth in the qualifying events of the races in the season opener at Thruxton in England.

Though timings were faster in the second, delayed due to poor weather, Karthikeyan could only finish sixth overall as he was forced to slow down when Irishman Warrne Carway spun in front of his car. This incident, which occurred during the last lap, going into the `goodwood' corner, cost him valuable time, a press release from Lisa Bruce of the Jaguar racing team said here.
