Three killed in Rajkot mishap

RAJKOT, JUNE 8: Three government officers were killed and four others seriously injured when the camel carts on which they were travelling was hit by a speedy truck near Rtadiya village of Nakhatrana taluka in the border district of Kutch, today. According to police sources here today, the victims had to take the ride of the camel cart following a failure of their official jeep.

The deceased were identifyed as Ratilal Varia (55), Maheshrathava (25) (both from Vadodara) and Manilal Patel (55) from Mehsana in north Gujrat, the sources said.

The injured were admitted to Nakhatarana government hospital, the sources added.
