HDFC acquires 2 housing finance cos
Consolidating its presence in the housing finance sector, HDFC has acquired the entire shareholding of Hometrust Housing Finance Company (HT), a 100% subsidiary of GACL and the 26% additional stake in Gruh Finance (GRUH) held by GACL.



Disinvest in MTNL before its value erodes -- Rajagopalan
