MUMBAI, AUG 4: National Minorities Party president and Rajya Sabha member Akhtar Rizvi has condemned the massacre of the innocents in Kashmir.

"Muslims are particularly angry over the incident and also the series of killings that had taken place in the Valley during the last few years," Rizvi said.

Rizvi has asked the United Nations Organisation to immediately pass a resolution against Pakistan and declare it a terrorist state. "Besides the resolution, all nations should severe diplomatic relations with Pakistan," he added.
