Better Train Toilets for Clean Stations

Sir,

I travel by train regularly and thoroughly enjoy it. I would like to convey this problem to the Railways for thinking over. The toilets on trains let out the sewage directly on the tracks. This results in train stations that are very dirty.
On the platform you feel that you are standing next to an open sewer. Its very common to see men and women covering their nose with a handkerchief. Flies are abuzz everywhere. Flies are known to be vectors for many diseases.
The problem is really simple. One solution is to not use the toilet when the train is at a station. Obviously, this is not working. We need train toilets that have better plumbing. Store the sewage and dispose at proper service locations. Maybe the railway engineers can come up with an elegant solution. Maybe the trains in the rest of the world already have a solution. Solving this problem would boost public hygiene and the railways image.
