"We are working with the Indian government and the private sector to empower more Indian and American citizens through their connection to the Internet," Assistant secretary Michael Copps said. "Small and medium-sized businesses, in particular, can benefit from valuable opportunities for education, government, healthcare services, and communication available via the Internet."
