The match-fixing case may be weak, but the CBI is set to ensure a ban for the `tainted'
While the cricketers found guilty of match-fixing in the CBI report may escape criminal prosecution in court for lack of evidence, the premier investigating agency, sports ministry and the Board of Cricket Control in India are taking steps to ensure that they are banned from first class cricket.
