TransWorks unit inaugurated

MUMBAI, NOV 20: TransWorks, a leading provider of outsourced customer support services from India, has announced that its new facility was inaugurated by Peter Bloom, President, COPC World-wide. The fully integrated 350 seat facility has been built to international best practices and can accommodate over 1000 CSRs on a multi-shift basis. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art training, operations and quality control infrastructure.

The facility has optical fibre cable connectivity for high volume voice and data communication. “I think the facility at TransWorks is at par with the best of facilities across the world that I have seen in my several years at COPC,” said Peter Bloom during the inauguration. “The facility provides a strong platform for providing high quality customer services.
