Pak okays Hurriyat's talks with India
In New Delhi Home Minister L K Advani hinted at the possibility of talks with militant organisations like the Hizbul Mujahideen and did not rule out a dialogue with Pakistan after an ``assessment'' of its behaviour during the extended ceasefire peace initiative in Kashmir.




Nitish charges Laloo with politicking on farmers' issue
Union Agriculture Minister Nitish Kumar accused the Rabri Devi ministry and RJD leader Laloo Prasad Yadav of engaging in "petty politics" on problems facing the farmers and said the Samta party would expose the state govt.




Law and order in WB better than most states -- Buddha
West Bengal CM Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee today claimed that the law and order situation in the state was better compared to other states.
