Kashmir peace process -- A view from the outside
But the peace process could yet collapse before it gets going. Pakistan-based militant groups, especially those dominated by non-Kashmiris, are trying to make that happen, with attacks on Indian security forces and others, one of them at the Red Fort in Delhi, where independent India raised its flag for the first time in 1947.
