Jammu, April 11:

With an aim to propagate the demand for a 'homeland' for Kashmiri Pandits in the Valley, Panun Kashmir has launched a public contact programme in all the migrant camps and non-camp areas of Jammu, Udhampur and Kathua in Jammu and Kashmir.

Announcing this here on Monday, PK chairman Dr Agni Shekhar said the demand for 'homeland' was highlighted in the roundtable conference held last month in New Delhi.

He also appealed to the displaced people to participate in the event of 'Mahashradh', which will be held in August this year in Kashmir and to pay homage to all the martyrs of 1990 and the people who died in exile during these years.
