| | | | • | THROW THEM OUT, BUT FIRST MAKE THEM PAY FOR THE ILLEGAL OCCUPATION
| | | Supreme Court observations alone wont do for these shameless animals called politicians.
Only an SC order will well and truly serve to kick their butts out of their illegally usurped accomodation.
They should also be made to pay all the expenses incurred by such illegal acts.
Guess who is paying to keep them in multiple accomodations?
Its you and me, the public, and tax payer money is used to house these good for nothing useless incompetent power hungry corrupt monkeys also known as politicians. Posted by: Om, India, 25-10-2005 at 2107 hours IST | | | • | throw out buta
| | | As we all know, when the funding by KGB came, Congress claimed nothing can be done by digging earlier happenings. But they want to dig Gujarat and Ayodhya. It is most unfortunate that our Country is headed by most educated people(president and Prime Minister), but they are captive of the most uneducated leader in india. Please pray to God to free India, president and PrimeMInister from these kind of people. I have no doubt about the likely fall out Supreme Court Order. It will be thrown to dustbin. | | | Simple ! Make it illegal and criminal offence to overstay in Govt. residences. Put these people behind bards if they refuse !! Posted by: Sridhar, United States, 25-10-2005 at 0824 hours IST | | | • | These politicians should be shot publicly
| | | These unethical and corrupt politicians should be shot publicly. They are the parasites of india.
I don't have much faith in the power of supreme court. This particular decision should be time bound for its implementation and should also be implemented through out the India. Posted by: Deepak, United States, 25-10-2005 at 0753 hours IST | | | • | Throw out Buta, says angry SC...
| | | This shameless crook Buta (Jhuta) needs special orders by SC to vacate the accommodation forthwith and no latter than one week of the SC orders. Only then he will vacate the government accommodation. This Antonio Khan's plantation should be ordered to abide by the SC orders right-away. Posted by: Y.P. | | | Apex Court's verdict is laudable.None has a right to retain MPs/Ministers' Bungalows after demiting office when privilege of occupying such bungalows, comes to an end.Such govt properties must be handed back to Central Estate Office.Shamefully,our"law-makers" are immune from any"rules".They retain illegal-possession, enjoy Bonus of>Rent FREE accommodation+Free electricity/water/telephones which must now run into Rs crores. Paraphernalia of staff/other illegal occupants, also live there, all at govt expense, and FREE! It's a big scam repeated for decades. If an ordinary Babu,in govt accommodation,is transferred out,Central Estate Officer, would not let him/his family retain the govt premises, and those who still prolong their unauthorized occupation, strict eviction process follows, including levying a huge-charge,@"notionally-double of the prevalent market rent"! Estate Officers concerned must now,not only evict Buta/others forcibly, irrespective of party affiliations, but also, recover from each, the"prevalent double notional rental value"for"Un-authorized occupation".Also, recover from them, all the charges/arrears, for water/electricity/telephones,and file a compliance report in the Lok.Sabha. | | | not only these persons should be thrownout but also market rents should be recovered and debarred from holding any public offices in future/ramachandran v n on e mail Posted by: ramachandran v n, India, 25-10-2005 at 0342 hours IST | | | • | We may not have heard the last of this!
| | | I am afraid this is not the end of the story. We in India tend to have rather short memories. I bet that most, if not all, of these 'netas' will continue to hold on to their bungalows in Delhi by hook or crook. We heard similar pronouncements by our courts earlier, but the problem of these political vultures living off the nation's coffers remains. Buta Singh survived worse scandals in his long political career he will survive this too. As for the other communist 'neta' who never stops proclaiming socialism, I would like to say " Ask not what Harkishan Surjeet did for the country, but as what Harkishan Surjeet did for himself"! How I wish I had a grand father like Buta Singh or Harkishan Surjeet! Posted by: Prakash, India, 25-10-2005 at 0125 hours IST | | | • | Throw out Buta Singh, says SC
| | | Nobody could throw Buta Singh out despite shredding the constitution into pieces under the supervision of UPA cabinet and how can and who can throw him out from the unauthorized bungallow occupied by hin Delhi inspite if staying in Patna.
This is one of the main achievement of UPA's one year in power.
PM and UPA chairperson are silent as usual because they follow the rule of Babu's three Monkeys. Thank you, Posted by: Varinder Sarin, Kuwait, 25-10-2005 at 0053 hours IST | | | • | THROW OUT BUTA
| | | These people have no shame. They must be forcibly thrown out with their belongings without notice.
Inspite of SC ruling that dissolution of Bihar assembly is un-constitutional,what UPA govt has done regarding this? they are shmeless. They are supposed to take action, but what has happened? nothing. But people do not forget. They will teach these fools lesson shortly. Posted by: Nayak, United Arab Emirates, 25-10-2005 at 0012 hours IST | | | | | |
