They should also be made to pay all the expenses incurred by such illegal acts.

This shameless crook Buta (Jhuta) needs special orders by SC to vacate the accommodation forthwith and no latter than one week of the SC orders. Only then he will vacate the government accommodation.This Antonio Khan's plantation should be ordered to abide by the SC orders right-away.

Apex Court's verdict is laudable.None has a right to retain MPs/Ministers' Bungalows after demiting office when privilege of occupying such bungalows,comes to an end.Such govt properties must be handed back to Central Estate Office.Shamefully,our"law-makers" are immune from any"rules".They retain illegal-possession, enjoy Bonus of>Rent FREE accommodation+Free electricity/water/telephones which must now run into Rs crores. Paraphernalia of staff/other illegal occupants,also live there,all at govt expense,and FREE! It's a big scam repeated for decades.If an ordinary Babu,in govt accommodation,is transferred out,Central Estate Officer,would not let him/his family retain the govt premises,and those who still prolong their unauthorized occupation,strict eviction process follows,including levying a huge-charge,@"notionally-double of the prevalent market rent"! Estate Officers concerned must now,not only evict Buta/others forcibly,irrespective of party affiliations,but also,recover from each,the"prevalent double notional rental value"for"Un-authorized occupation".Also,recover from them,all the charges/arrears, for water/electricity/telephones,and file a compliance report in the Lok.Sabha.

I am afraid this is not the end of the story. We in India tend to have rather short memories. I bet that most, if not all, of these 'netas' will continue to hold on to their bungalows in Delhi by hook or crook. We heard similar pronouncements by our courts earlier, but the problem of these political vultures living off the nation's coffers remains. Buta Singh survived worse scandals in his long political career he will survive this too. As for the other communist 'neta' who never stops proclaiming socialism, I would like to say " Ask not what Harkishan Surjeet did for the country, but as what Harkishan Surjeet did for himself"! How I wish I had a grand father like Buta Singh or Harkishan Surjeet!

Nobody could throw Buta Singh out despite shredding the constitution into pieces under the supervision of UPA cabinet and how can and who can throw him out from the unauthorized bungallow occupied by hin Delhi inspite if staying in Patna.

Inspite of SC ruling that dissolution of Bihar assembly is un-constitutional,what UPA govt has done regarding this? they are shmeless.They are supposed to take action,but what has happened? nothing.But people do not forget. They will teach these fools lesson shortly.
