New Delhi, January 3: Suspended Orissa cadre IPS officer B B Mohanty, evading arrest in connection with the escape of his son Bitti, convicted of raping a German national, on Thursday sought two weeks to surrender before the Rajasthan police.
The apex court said that his bail plea will only be heard by the trial court in Rajasthan after he surrenders.
