Kolkata, March 27 A session court in Barasat today held Babul Dev and Suresh Mondak, both CPM workers, guilty in the 1998 murder case of party activist Kartik Mondal at Habra.
Contract killer Shambhu Seal was also found guilty. The awarding of sentences
The sentences will be announced tomorrow.
The CBI had investigated Mondol's murder after being ordered to do so by the Calcutta High Court in I998.
