GRP cops arrested for missing his rifle

kolkata, April 24 A constable of the Howrah Government Railway Police (GRP) has been arrested after his service rifle was stolen in the Sealdah-bound, Balia Express, when he apparently fell asleep while on duty. Superintendent of railway police (Howrah), S Sinha said that “Constable Shantanu Adhikari and three other GRP personnel boarded the train at Asansol. When the train came to Sealdah, Adhikari found his rifle missing. He informed the Sealdah GRP and was arrested.”
