Himesh Reshammiya and Satish Shah are sharing an unusual bond on the sets of John Matthew’s A Love Ishhstory, where the former will be seen as a tapori. And the secret is their Gujarati connection. Apart from chatting endlessly in their own language, the duo are also seen sharing Gujju food in between shots. “Satishji helps me with tips to get my comic timing right. He is a veteran in comedies,” says Reshammiya. “Besides, it feels great to speak to him in Gujarati.” Niharika Singh has been paired opposite the composer-singer-actor, who became famous with his hit songs, cap, and then his ‘stylish’ mane.

Ladies’ Man
Rajeev Khandelwal surely knows how to handle women’s attention. Recently, when he was shooting the promotional video of his debut film Aamir near Flora Fountain, Mumbai, many of his female fans thronged the area. The song Mehfooz, a Sufi number, was being picturised and the former sweetheart of television was oblivious to the countless pairs of eyes fixed on him. The video, which is currently on air, shows Khandelwal wandering through the streets of Mumbai. Despite his dedication, he, however, did his bit to please his fans — he happily agreed for group photographs and politely requested them to allow him to continue with his shooting.

The Namesake
Just before the launch of his debut film Woodstock Villa, Sikandar Kher has decided to emerge out of the shadow of his famous parents. The son of Kirron and Anupam Kher has gotten rid off his surname, and wants to be known as Sikandar.

Reportedly, he has won the support of the entire team of Woodstock, including producer Sanjay Gupta and director Hansal Mehta. “Sikandar is a dashing name. He is talented and is quite capable of making it big on his own,” says Mehta.
