Jenner is worried that it may dent the youngsters' confidence and may slow down their progress as they will struggle on Indian pitches.
"Every time we take young spinners away to the sub-continent they come back as medium pacers," Jenner told The Daily Telegraph.
"Indian pitches and to some degree Pakistani pitches play low therefore they quicken the pace and bowl more wicket to wicket. It's a concern for me to take a young spinner there. Warney was lucky, he went to Sri Lanka on his first overseas tour instead of going to say India," he added.
Jenner, however, gave thumps up to Beau Casson and South Australia's Dan Cullen to head to the sub-continent.
