Tolia's responsibilities will involve taking Tata Management Training Centre to greater heights in organisational learning, applied research and group leadership programmes.
He is an engineer from IIT-Madras and a graduate of IIM-Calcutta.
Tolia was managing director of Tata Bluescope Steel Ltd, a 50:50 joint venture between BlueScope Steel, Australia, and Tata Steel.
