"There should be in-camera investigation into the incident, which comes days after a similar incident in Beed district of the region," Sena spokesperson Neelam Gorhe, on a visit to the Panera village where the latest incident took place, said.
"I have spoken to Parbhani SP Manoj Lohiya and made some demands in this connection," Gorhe said. "These include sensitive handling of the case and proper counselling for the victims," she added.
The Sena leader said she would submit a report on the incident to party executive president Uddhav Thackeray.
Dacoits attacked a house at Panera on Wednesday and took away three women to a nearby farm, where they were raped. Four women stood guard while the crime was being committed, police said. The dacoits also decamped with nine grams of gold and a wrist watch, they said.
