The 52-year-old man, who works at a private academy with a nationally renowned baseball programme, was caught naked by police yesterday night at a park in Chiba prefecture near Tokyo.
"I was jogging and took off my clothes because it felt good," he told police, the online edition of the ‘Mainichi Shimbun’ newspaper said.
