Kochi, November 4: The VHP’s Kerala unit on Tuesday alleged that the minority Hindu community in Malaysia was “living in fear” and “facing problems”.

Addressing a press conference in Kochi, K M Unnikrishnan, General Secretary, VHP Kerala unit, alleged that around 1000 Hindu temples had been damaged in that country.

VHP has urged the Union government to demand that the Malaysian government remove the ban imposed on the Hindu rights Action Force (HINDRAF). VHP will be submitting a memorandum to the Prime Minister and UN Secretary General, in this connection, he said.
