Monsoon covers entire India

Pune The southwest monsoon has further advanced into remaining parts of Rajasthan and thus has covered the entire country, the Met office said.

The southwest monsoon has been vigorous in east Rajasthan, Konkan and Goa and active in Orissa, Madhya Maharashtra, coastal Karnataka and Kerala.

It has been, however, subdued over Tamil Nadu, it added.
