From wada pav stalls to mega malls, they bring it all on a platter -- all for the people of Pune. It’s more like a genie on the computer screen, who brings to you what you wish for – be it events, shopping, food, places, friends and many more – in the desired way. Atul Pohankar and Nilesh Palreshe, directors of the website, were just out of engineering college and understood well the confusion of college goers, who need a cool place and a super cool price to have some good time. Joining them was the third partner, Rohan Dalvi, director, icrave, is an MBA, who is a self-proclaimed foodie and enjoys shopping and sports. So the troika decided to solve their problem and of many others too, and eventually the idea of www.icrave.in dawned.

After a year of planning and legwork, they finally turned their dream into reality and came up with the Pune’s own lifestyle portal. “The website is a complete solution for many problems. Right from having details about the restaurants with their menu, and giving details of upcoming events in any club, to giving information about shops, boutiques and malls and the sale or discount offers, the portal brings everything on a click. The google map on the portal helps people to check the routes and plan their day,” says Pohankar.

Yashaswini Suresh, HR professional is a frequent visitor of the website and feels that it has made her life quite easy and hassle-free. “It not only helps you find a place according to your mood and requirement but the price menu also helps me plan my pocket content. It comes very handy. This is good that the website will benefit both the students and the socialites.”

Not disappointing the love birds , Romantic, a section in the portal also suggests some quiet, pocket friendly places. “We have tie-ups with shops, and restaurants and we offer some discounts to our members,” says Dalvi, adding, “We don’t intend to trouble our users with unwanted promotional SMSs, so we have an option where they can visit out website and choose what information they want and can send that information on their mobile phone. So it would ensure freedom of choice and management of content in their mobile inbox.”
