Hollywood star, Heath Ledger, lost his life to prescription drug overdose in his apartment at New York City. Ledger was nominated for an Oscar for his role as a gay cowboy in 2005's ‘Brokeback Mountain’. His final role as the villainous Joker in the Batman sequel ‘The Dark Knight, propped him as an Oscar candidate in 2009. Ledger has a 2-year-old daughter, Matilda, by his Brokeback Mountain co-star, Michelle Williams.
